Dr Geoff Sharrock writes and consults on university management, culture, policy and innovation topics. Since 1999 he has been a regular presenter in the University of Melbourne's leadership development programs. In 2005 he worked as an adviser on the Growing Esteem strategy development project at the University of Melbourne. His Ph.D. research focused on leadership, strategic adaptation and cultural change in Australian universities.
He is Principal of G K Sharrock Consulting and designer of the TeamWise interactive survey tools for group-based learning and improvement planning.
