For University teachers
The CSHE offers two programs for university teachers -
The Graduate Certificate in University Teaching (GCUT) is primarily designed for academics and teaching staff wishing to develop advanced expertise and leadership skills in university teaching roles.
The Melbourne Teaching Certificate (MTC) is a non-award program for University of Melbourne staff seeking to develop their skills of university teaching through a cohort-based, single-semester program involving seminars and peer review of teaching.
The CSHE also offers professional development workshops for supervisors, teaching and learning workshops/forums and sessions specifically for University college tutors.

The Graduate Certficate in University Management (GCUM)
The Graduate Certificate in University Management (GCUM) is a graduate-level award program which prepares participants for senior administrative and academic management roles. The course is designed to develop transferable leadership and management skills in addition to knowledge of the complexities of the policy and organisational frameworks of higher education.
